Creation of Illustrations | Storyboarding
“Mitkellma” (a Maltese wordplay doubling as “spoken word” but also “one hundred words”) was a 100 second TV mini-programme that playfully explored the Maltese language.
My role involved creating the overall brand (logo, typographic hierarchy, colour schemes, etc), the storyboards as well as all the illustration assets that needed to be animated by the talented Malcolm Ricci from Ricci Studio. Produced by Reel8 Productions and written by Dr Michael Spagnol (Kelma Kelma), this short programme ran daily before the evening news in 2018.
