The annual Malta Book Festival is the most important book event in the Maltese calendar. When I was approached by the National Book Council to handle the 2015 campaign I immediately accepted and started working on the main idea for the campaign.

The illustration mimicks an immersive reading experience by featuring numerous, known literary characters into one compostition. Additionally the combination of a playful typeface for headings and a more serious one for the body text provided a harmonious balance of playfulness while retaining some formality.
